    To be honest I didn’t think I would gain as much useful knowledge as I have from this book. I don’t usually bother with reviews on anything I’ve bought but I’ve been training for over 3 years and I thought I had everything in hand but clearly not. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to change up there training and fine tune there diet. The workouts and programming are great! Currently on week 3 of the 14 week program and am seeing some solid progress!

    I have been training for about 2 years. I know I am exercising the correct muscle groups, But have been disappointed with the results. I cannot afford a Personal Trainer, so have got by with advice from gym buddies and online info.
    Having read this book cover to cover I now have an exercise plan that I can follow and track my results against and importantly I understand a lot more about muscle building and that just knocking out the same exercises every week will not help me achieve the results I want.
    It has also explained a lot about diet where I have also been going wrong.
    Now looking forward to the results.

    I bought this book after being recommended by a friend when I complained about my seemingly endless plateau.

    This book is so in depth covering top to toe of everything you need to know. I have been training for 4 years following inaccurate ‘facts’ and overpriced ‘secrets’ about bodybuilding/muscle growth on the web and not seeing any solid results.

    This book has straightened everything out and i’ve learnt a lot of things that I either didn’t know or had a straight answer for. Since reading this i have completely re-written my work out plan and already i’m seeing results
